Happy Hounds comes to you! Depending on your needs, training can take place at or around your home or at another location. For locations outside of Luzern, Kriens or Ebikon, there is an additional fee of CHF 10.  

Payment can be made via TWINT® or cash.

What do I need to bring to training?

For training to be productive and enjoyable for your dog, you will need to bring:

• fresh water and a bowl to keep your dog hydrated
• quality treats (a variety of kinds is recommended)
• a well fitted harness and quality leash (no retractable leashes)
• a blanket or towel for your dog to relax
• if you will travel by car to the training site, please be sure to safely transport your dog in a kennel or fasten them with a seat belt

How many sessions will my dog need?

Effective training isn't measured in the number of lessons. The number of sessions will depend on your goals and the needs of your dog.

Does my dog have to be on the leash during training?

For safety reasons, your dog must always be on a leash when training outdoors or in public areas.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the session price. Exceptions may be made in the event of illness.

My dog is ill - can we still attend the lesson?

It is not advised to participate when your dog is unwell. Please let us know if your dog has experienced diarrhea or vomiting within 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson.
